In good faith I opened an account claiming to include the return of all monies paid if unsatisfied.

am 81 and had just come out of hospital after a knee replacement when I
started. I rather overdid choosing options and in several cases
repeated selection of options. There is a four figure sum at stake.

note your UK address and Ionos is notified that there will be legal
action taken if it does not undertake to return all amounts paid.

I
have had a full conversation with my solicitor who is acquainted with
such legal action. Such action will commence if Ionos does not fulfill
item 3 per the undertaking.

NatWest bank is investigating all debits associated with Ionos.

I trust that Ionos is a reputable company and that will live up to its guarantee regarding item 1.
